Above: Geek X trailer for full 20-minute film Sex Note – Episode 1, starring Julie Valmont (a twist on the popular manga Death Note).
Seeing as I love and celebrate everything geek-sex-positive and sex/tech inclusive, new site Geek X (also: Twitter) looks like it’s worth keeping an eye on as their team adds new content over time. French porn maker Isaac Geek-X sent me an unexpected message today to tell me about the brand new website and its mission statement:
Content copyright © 2013 Violet Blue ® (R) permitted for use on tinynibbles.com only.(…) A recent erotic film production firm, Geek X aims at honoring geeks. Often bullied on the subject of sex, they are now the main protagonists of a series of episodes published on the Internet.
“Geeks are always depicted as shy people, lacking self-confidence and ill-at-ease in social contexts. The idea is to be finished with the vision of the young man having nothing in his life but information technologies and video games. I mean to promote another image of ourselves, beyond caricature and clichés.
(…) Those short films (about 20 minutes long), will be distinct from mainstream “hardcore porn” by moving scenarios full of the “geek spirit”, and by offering images of which the sensuality could even appeal to women, more and more fond of erotica.
The films will be published once every two weeks, and will be sold on geek-x.com at a $3.99 price.
Once the video is paid for, the user will be able to download it and watch it over and over again on his or her member space.
Geek-X intends to internationally convey an ambition and know-how typical of the French, and will therefore offer English, Spanish, German, Italian, Finnish, Korean and Japanese subtitles.
The teaser from the first film – a parody of the famous manga Death Note – is now available.
“You think of us as virgins,
We will fight back once again.”This quotation concludes the “Geek Manifesto”
