Dans la nuit du 11 au 12 octobre, la police moscovite a perquisitionné deux clubs LGBTQ+ emblématiques, interpellant plus de 50 personnes. L'opération a eu lieu en pleine célébration du National Coming Out Day pour prétendument lutter contre le trafic de drogue. Mais selon des sources locales, ces descentes seraient motivées par des plaintes de riverains et des accusations de « discrédit de l’armée russe ».
